Terms of Use

By creating an account or using iGoal MyFinance, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The service is provided by Opulence Capital Investments Ltd.

• iGoal is a budgeting, planning and financial education tool.
• iGoal is not a bank, does not hold your money, and cannot make payments, transfers or loans.
• Coach guidance and calculations are educational and are not regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Make your own decisions or consult a licensed adviser.

You must be 18 or older. Provide accurate information, keep your PIN and device secure, and tell us promptly of unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Results depend on the data you enter or connect. We aim for accuracy but don't guarantee that balances, Safe-to-Spend or forecasts are error-free. Always confirm with your bank.

Connecting a bank or verifying your BVN is optional and requires your consent. Access is read-only, and you may disconnect at any time. Availability depends on our partners and may change.

• iGoal Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions, or iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer it, submit someone else's identity data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

The app, brand, logos and content belong to Opulence Capital Investments Ltd. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Your data remains yours.

We may update, add or remove features and may pause the service for maintenance. We'll notify you in the app of material changes to these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and Opulence Capital Investments Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may end access if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
